Mentoring
Eiger has teamed up with Whiskas, to offer artists/bands an opportunity to take mentoring sessions. Whiskas has much experience in the music industry, having scored top 40 hits with his own band, started a label, signing The Pigeon Detectives (who had a top 3 album), and putting gigs on for the likes of Arctic Monkeys, The Subways, Mystery Jets, as well as local lads The Pigeon Detectives and The Sunshine Underground.

Whiskas says of the mentoring;
“We’ll discuss your musical and commercial ambitions in context to your current successes and frustrations. There will be time set aside to talk and discuss a number of topics including making the most out of your gigs and releases, reaching a national audience and targetting your music to the right audience – as well as playing some music!
The first step will involve targetting and identifying your aims and ambitions, in context of your general style, situation and experience – then we can discuss the relevant ways to make the most out of everything you do, from recordings to gigs, live, press, and digital exposure.”

Logic Tuition
Eiger have teamed up with resident Jack Sparrow, to offer beginner and intermediate course in Logic 9.

Goals:
To produce and mix your own track over a 12 week course.
Requirements
• Own (mac) laptop and logic is helpful but not essential.
• Notepad.

Course Information:
This course will take you through a journey of music production in Logic 9. Starting from the very basics like learning the screen layout, to recording, producing, mixing and mastering your own music. One to one or one to two tuition available on request for hands on studio lessons. We hope this course will be enjoyable, and develop your skills to further.
